When you submit a sprinkler system service request, we collect the name, phone number, email address, service category, and any additional details you provide. Please do not include sensitive information in the free-text field.
How we use information
We use submitted information to review your request, communicate with you about it, and determine whether an independent irrigation provider may be available to assist. We may also use information to identify spam or misuse.
Sharing with independent irrigation providers
With your agreement on the request form, we may share your submitted contact information and sprinkler system issue details with an independent irrigation service provider so that provider may contact you about the specific request. Independent providers are separate businesses and determine their own services, prices, scheduling, and privacy practices. Submission does not guarantee a provider will respond.
Website hosting and form processing
Our website is hosted using Cloudflare. We use FormSubmit to process request-form submissions and forward them by email. These providers may process technical and submitted information to deliver their services. Their own privacy terms may apply.
Data retention and security
We keep request information only as reasonably necessary to respond to requests, operate the service, maintain records, and comply with applicable obligations. We use reasonable precautions, but no online transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your choices
You can contact us at 77blake77smith@gmail.com to ask about your information or request its deletion, subject to applicable requirements. We do not require consent to unrelated marketing to submit a sprinkler system service request.
Children
Our service is intended for adults requesting household sprinkler system assistance.
